I would strongly advise requesting a paper receipt when you return your car to this location. Rep did not register my return and I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time getting this resolved. Manager is helpful, at least.

I’m slightly confused how I reserved a car a month in advance paid for it and everything and they call me a day before saying the car I reserved isn’t available. What did I pay for then? Thanks for letting me know at last minute. Thanks Shannon you were no help.

Absolutely terrible service! After calling I had a time to confirm, I was provided incorrect information, and treated unprofessionally when I arrived.

When you reserve your car more than month in advance and PAID FOR IT! They call you the day before you are set to leave and they say they don't have one. !

This place needs to be closed for sure. Close it, and fire whoever just answerd. I did not get his name, but it was a very poor and unpleasant experience. Seriously. I think I would rather have a tooth filled with no novocain than to go through that phone call again.
