I work for the commercial metal-processing company where A-to-B brings in their cars to scrap when they don't make the cut, & I see the owner on a daily basis. He is a good, honest guy- I plan to buy my next commuter car from him, & have no worries. Good people.
Turn the other way. I would give no stars if i could. We brought our Honda odyssey in cause of a ticking noise. They said it was the timing belt and water pump making the noise. End up charging me almost $800. I picked up the van and a week later while i was driving, all the lights came on and lost my steering. Took the van back for them to look at it. 3 days later they called me and told me my van was all set and the bill is $400. They told me when i got there that my belt tensioner bolt broke cause the tensioner was bad. i took the van to another repair shop just to see what they did cause i was concerned the safety of my family while driving. The tech at the other shop told me that the timing belt was still the original one and all that was replaced was a new tensioner for the alternator belt. They also told me that if the timing belt was replaced the mechanics would have to remove the alternator belt tensioner. I was ripped of by mechanics that didnt change part that they said they did.
