If I could rate this place a zero I would but they won't let you. I reserved a truck a week in advance with no problem. Why do they wait until the day before my pick up time and text me 5 minutes before they close to let me know they have no trucks available and they're sorry for the inconvenience? I had made plans now I'm up a creek without a paddle!!!!! This is bad business and like I said they didn't even have the curiosity to call they texted!! Do not use Budget

The car was not cleaned AT ALL and reeked of marijuana smoke. Also had a slow leak in one of the tires so it must not have been inspected at all in between renters
Rolling the dice with this place. Placing a reservation doesn't mean they will have anything for you. Placed ours 2 weeks in advance. When we showed up they had nothing.
Customer service was excellent; smiling and gracious representative at the counter!
