Out of all the transportation companies I use to get around in my wheelchair this one is the best. You can rely on them. They're sometimes early, almost always on time, and I've only experienced them being late a handful of times. Their vehicles are well maintained and clean. The drivers are clean, courteous, considerate, and kind. Northwest Transport is pretty much everything you'd wish for if you're in need of transportation services for anything. They're my first choice.
I would be cautious when using this company to drive or transfer you around. I was involved in a collision with this company because the driver failed to stop at a stop sign and Passed at speeds of approximately 35 mph. Ended up fully totally my vehicle!
These movers are pros! From the initial communication to the moment they pulled out of the driveway, they handled everything we needed to make the move easy. They were communicative, easy to work with, on time and courteous. Highly recommend for your next move!
We had a great experience today. Driver was on time and an excellent driver. Thanks for the ride. I will call for transportation service again
Terrible service. We use Northwest Transport via Hopelink to get a disabled family member to and from important medical appointments. They are late about 80% of the time, and not just a little late. At least a half-hour to more than an hour and a half late. Hopelink says “Well tell them to say the appointment is an hour and a half earlier than it really is”. What? That’s not the way to run a business.
