Had a minor accident and had to be in a rental over the holidays - 2020... which is a heavy travel time for my family. I needed space for myself (I’m tall) my wife and 2 kids, who are in car seats, and all of our stuff. When I booked the rental through the insurance company, I let them know this and they put me in a 5 passenger vehicle, and I drive a 7 passenger. This didn’t quite work for me.nI called and Patrick actually said since he knew what I was driving, he was wondering if that would be enough room, which of course it wasn’t.nThis means that the manager was looking out for me by looking at what I was currently driving to what The insurance company booked for me. This is customer service.nI was also impressed by the covid conscious environment both while picking up and dropping of the rental, as well as the call to check in to make sure everything was to my liking.nVery impressed and thankful by Patrick and the Hertz CR staff!nThank you for going the extra mile!

Even though they wasn't able to rent me a car .They took me tonBudget. Very nice plus I found out . When call them it has to be confirmed by them. If they have a car available. Not a call center like Enterprise.

Patrick and Team did a great job. Booked through the app, car was ready and the return was easy.

Easy online rental, employees are knowlegeable and know there stuff. Rental pickup is quick and efficient.

Horrible customer service. Will never try to rent a car from them. Had a problem tried calling customer service and kept getting hung up on
