I visited the Troy, AL location for my rental. The manager, Ashley, was phenomenal! Her professionalism and customer service skills were impressive. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my rental. Definitely one of the best rental experiences I've had! Would definitely recommend this office because of the management.
Always professional and family vibes. They know me by face and name. As always gives me that same warm greeting when I come to pick up a vehicle.

Reserved a car 4 months prior to my trip. When I arrive there where no cars available except a van. Which was not what I reserved for. They didn't make a courtesy call at all letting you know they were out of cars. If they did, I would have went with a whole different rental company. Instead I had to get to Dothan quick before they close. I thought by reserving a car at this location would be quicker and closer to home. But I was wrong. This is not the first time this location didn't have cars at all.
They were great! Very helpful. Brand new comfy ride.
