The managers name was Chastity I think. I may be wrong on the name, but I could never mistake that amazing customer service! She checked in on my the same evening I picked up the car to make sure all was well. She checked on my about 1/2 way through my week long rental, and even checked again towards the end as my car repairs weren’t complete and I needed an extension on my rental. Enterprise should be especially proud of this one!! She was great!
Much better experience than my previous visits. Manager was friendly. And employee that was there when I dropped off was friendly also. Both times there was only one person working, but they were attentive to everyone that was being serviced. Absolutely willing to give enterprise another try! Very pleased.
The car was clean and we'll appointed. The staff was friendly. Pickup and drop off were quick and easy. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 are the following...The change oil message came in right after pickup, along with the washer fluid light. I had to add washer fluid to get that warning off the dash, the change oil warning came up after starting the car everytime.
Always very friendly and helpful! Never any problems! They treat me great! Would recommend everyone! Great place!
Excellent Service and fast! Chasity Mooney was great and even called to see how the rental was going! Would Definitely recommend.
