The experience I had here was very unsatisfactory. I made a reservation 2 weeks ago for 5 PM. I got a confirmation that everything was good. I showed up at 4:58 PM and the doors were already locked. The gentleman was just leaving and told me that they were closed. I brought up the fact that I had a reservation but all he would say to me was that they were closed and had no more cars. I then had to travel in rush hour traffic to the airport branch to pick up the car where they did not honor my previous reservation and told me the discount code I had on my reservation was invalid. I paid more for my rental than I was expecting due to this inconvenience. I recommend that you made sure you pick up the car 30 minutes before they close and make sure you have updated coupon codes.

I dealt with Bev the manager at this location. The online reservation said they accept debit (didnt say they dont accept prepaid debit tho) so i showed up the week before Christmas with plans of going home to lexington KY. Almost squashed, Thank you Bev for accepting the alternate form of payment for my week car rental of the Nissan Sentra. It ran very good and was excellent on gas mileage. After leaving the store with the paperwork and the car i could get home for the holidays with , I felt like i just made a new friend..nnThank you very very much for being so nice and friendly.

My first time renting a vehicle, but it was great. The car was 4 door, has all the bells and whistles including a backup camera. I didn't put many miles on it, wish I'd had more time to get things done I need to but I rented it to get to the family reunion. The only thing I didn't like was it took 2 days after I turned it in before Budget took the amount out of my account. Other than that I was pleased with Budget.

Horrible customer service on this end... on the other end of our rental the customer service rep was nice, however they did try to screw us over on the gas in advance of the rental and the truck was extremely dirty... ashes, dirt and trash all over the cab, the back was full of broken glass and there was a nail in the tire, which we were told were brand new tires, that being the reason that the check tire light was on, and obviously they were not when we inspected them. Now we are waiting for someone to come down from another city to inspect the vehicle (which they were going to have us just leave here without any documentation that we had returned it). I’ve been a longtime rental customer but I will not be renting any more trucks OR cars from Budget ever again.
