The customer service at the Jordan lane location in Huntsville is unmatched. Quick and efficient.. I was impressed with the staff here. Justin has great customer service. I was surprised that he remembers details from a quick conversation we had months ago. He is always welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. You couldn’t find a better team. Thank you guys.
This place is a joke. They will leave you on hold forever. They do not show up to pick you up from a shop, they will leave you stranded. Then, once you are at the location, you will wait 45 minutes to an hour to be helped. Go to the Bob Wallace location!!
They were very helpful even took the liberty of correcting issues caused by my insurance company for my car rental. Very friendly courteous service
This location is small but they have a good variety of newer small and midsized cars, trucks and suvs and the customer service is awesome.
