My car had to go into the shop for a few days for repair and I am a home health nurse, so I needed a dependable car to drive with low gas mileage. They had the perfect rental for me the second I needed it, worked with my schedule as far as pickup and drop off, and were super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Ok...... WOW!!! This experience with this company was absolutely fantastic. Russell Barker made this experience from start to finish. The rates, the vehicle, and the ease of renting was far better than any other place I have ever been. I travel for work and I rent on a regular basis from enterprise, hertz, and budget and none of those places make you feel like you matter like Russell at City Wide. I will call Russell any and every time I need a vehicle fromnnow on. The cars are super clean, gas tanks full, and flexibility of things come up are all there through Russell. I love that I can support a locally owned place like this. I thank them and can’t wait to call upon them again.
