This location is CLOSED yet still allow reservations to made for it! Never received any notification of having to go to the eastern boulevard. Tried calling the other location and cannot get them on the phone. Get there and they told us it would be HOURS before we would have a car. Garbage serviced from enterprise. Do not rent from either location.

I rarely to never leave a negative one star rating... This might even be a first. I physically walked/ran 6 miles to the rental location that was listed on my emailed reservation. Once arriving I discover the location is closed/consolidated to a different location 10 miles away. I made three attempts to contact the other location, and each time I held on the phone and waited until the call was disconnected. Now I'm stranded.nnThis is pathetic... And I am VERY VERY dissatisfied. Avoid this location and further the other 185 Eastern boulevard location.

I hit a deer in one vehicle last night and started having random mechanical issues in the other today. I spent 30 minutes on hold in the rain for a closed location that was never going to answer. Either kill the phone lines for this Wetumpka location or forward to a store with employees that will answer

We've been renting here for months now we pay weekly for our car and Mrs Bria has been amazing to work with! I love this office they are a friendly but professional staff. Sometimes they do run out of cars but they quickly can get what you need at a reasonable price. I personally have nothing bad to say!

The Wetumpka location doesn't have many vehicles on hand for immediate use, but they can get them with a little notice. Staff are friendly and efficient. Car was in good condition. It's a small office for a rental car place, but they get the job done.
