Well worth the phone call to CTO to book through DTS. The car you reserve is always ready to go when you arrive. Excellent customer service. Veteran owned location. The other places in town don't compare to the quality and ease of service you get here. I know because I've used and reviewed them too. This is now my go to location.

Repeat customer and always receive 5 star customer service. Vehicles are clean and staff is friendly
Enterprise did not have any vehicles despite us having made a reservation, so we went to Hertz and were able to get a vehicle that day in the exact size we needed. It was a long wait though.
