After reserving and prepaying my vehicle for a 7 seater this location did not have any even though my reservation was paid for and I was switched to a smaller vehicle. When I went to the location to try to get help the guy there What is useless and told me to call customer service. Even though he had all my information therein could help me better. I would never rent from this location again and don't recommend anyone do it either.

The quality of cars was fantastic. I rented a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and it was great for our trip. Tim, the staff member, was really friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I had previously rented from Enterprise but with this Budget location I got an excellent price, service and vehicle. I will definitely be coming back. Across the board this place has the highest quality/newest vehicles I have seen from any rental place and I have rented from every company out there.

Dirty, old storefront with cars to match. I had to take it through the car wash and stop off at Advance Auto for cleaner and deodorizer. It was affordable and did the trick but I won't be back.

There was a huge mix up in our reservation really a long story. I would rate the parent company customer support 1 star they got information wrong on multiple occasions. But the location we rented from, supposedly according to customer service the woman I initially talked to and ended up renting from was talked to - again they were wrong not her, but when I ended up getting the car she straightened everything out and was very professional and helpful
