I started my journey to pick up a car at the Cedar Park Hertz on 3/1/2021 at 8am. No one was at the location that could rent cars just someone who cleans cars. My reservation was made several days in advance for an 8 am pickup. They sent me to this location, only 2 stars because they actually had employees that could rent a car. After being delayed by both locations they informed me they had no cars with me stressing I had to be at the DFW airport and I needed to leave they gave me a car that was not very clean but worse had odors. I drove the car to DFW airport barely got there to pick up my boss in time. The car sit at a Hotel most of the week and then I drove it back to Austin last night. During the week the car was not driven we had to access a company car due to the odors. Today 3/6 I tried to exchange the car for a different car but Hertz said that they had no cars at this location and Cedar Park. Is this is how they treat their National Account Customers and for that matter all customers? It was clear no one cares! I will go clean the car up myself since I need a car until the 11th not sure that I will be able to do anything about the odors. This is CRAZY how they handle the customer experience but I can assure you it will be the last time I rent from HERTZ!

I made a reservation and called ahead to let them know I was getting there right at close. I get there at 5:01p (I checked the clock), and they already had the lights off and door locked. I explained to a gentleman who opened the door that I had made a reservation for 5p, and he insisted that they were unable to help me because they were closed. If they aren't even going to assist someone's reservation at closing time, closing time should not be an option for reservation pick up.

First time using Hertz. Awesome service & friendly reps. Car was clean. Hertz picked me up & gave me a ride back to the body shop.. Definitely use them again.

It hurts too deal with Hertz. When we picked up the car it was seamless. Was hit from behind.... State Farm was the insurance. When we returned it 7 days later is when things unravel. Hertz said we only were given the lease for six days when in fact that was not so. We called State Farm a couple of times total of 2+ hrs trying to get this closed out with Hertz. No one likes to be on hold for long periods of time. Just a bad experience. State Farm threw Hertz under the bus... Hertz threw State Farm under the bus. No one owns up to their mistakes. That's sad.
