Customer support was very helpful! They were very reliable! Got a great car and great price. If you fly into Austin and need to rent a car, I would take a Uber here to rent a car. Great savings.

Terrible experience. My vehicle was under repair, rental is covered under my warranty. My warranty Co. has national accounts with several rentals including Avis. Avis informed me that they would no longer be direct billing to my warranty company. When I contacted my warranty company they had no idea that Avis had stopped doing this & had not been informed of the change. I called Avis corporate number & someone set up a pick up & said all I needed to do was give them my claim & warranty phone # number & all should be fine. This was unfortunately not the case & I was again told that they did not direct bill . Later received a call from Avis asking if I was going to pick up the rental. I explained the situation & was told that they never said they wouldn't direct bill! TOTAL LIE! Additionally, the employee who called me was extremely rude, cut me off while I tried to explain & was very argumentative. I contacted Hertz on Old Settlers who my warranty Co. also has an account with. Hertz was all to pleased to get me what I needed and direct billed for me.

Had a challenge in returning the car. We filled the gas just opposite to this location and Mr. Sam was demanding that this is not full and the pump stopped early. So even though it was 8/8, he was entering 7/8 in the system and asking us for the payment difference or fill it again. So I had spend additional 30 mins to complete all these process just to save $30.nnHappy to learn the following image is not the full tank and it’s so called 7/8. Thanks to this location.
