Budget Car Rental

We actually had a really positive experience here. The brothers (owners) were friendly and accommodating and at the end they were honest enough to let me know that there was an extra hour on the rental and they weren't going to charge.nnWe will be back!

What can I say? It's a car rental place. I've been to many and each place had it's own good or bad experiences. This one fortunately we had a good experience with them. We rented a truck and went on a 2,000 mile vacation excursion to the western states. We saw metor crater, roswell, Aztec ruins, and marfa lights! And the truck never gave us a problem. I also was able to improve its gas mileage by 2 gallons. Kept me focused on the road, to not have a lead foot lol.

I didn't have any issues renting a car at this location. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable. At both pick up and drop off, I never had to wait a long time to be helped. Would recommend.

I reserved a car at this location that I had already prepaid for months in advance. I show up at the date and time of my expected pick up only to be told by Sam the manager that there were no cars. When I tried to talk to him to get an explanation or to find out if we can move my reservation somewhere else, anything, he proceeds to start becoming rude and trying to argue with me. It took another man behind me to get him to stop yelling at me no matter how many times I would ask him to please stop. I asked him if I could get a number to call to get something done with my reservation since I had already paid. He still continued to argue and raise his voice to me. It took me 20 minutes to get a number to someone that could help me, and surprise - they were able to move me so I could pick up elsewhere. Sam is a rude and inconsiderate manager who does not have the regards of his customers in mind. His refusal to help me put me hours behind schedule forcing me to keep the rental an extra day, which would not have been necessary had he made an actual effort to help me. I absolutely will NEVER rent from this location again strictly due to the way I was treated by the manager.nnUpdate: Thank you to the Budget ROM for getting back with me and acknowledging the fact that I got stuck paying 3 times more than what is planned. At least someone cares about the hassle that I went through!

My experience is very good with them. They upgraded my car without any fee. Thanks Budget.
