This place and enterprise in general has made dealing with a not-at-fault accident, that totaled our car, as difficult as possible. They seem to look forward to being able to say they can’t help you. I would recommend any other rental place
They gave me a funky smelling car. It had a mirror hanger saying they had cleaned and inspected it thoroughly. Clearly they hadn’t. But when I got back and told them about the smell, then they checked it. The prior renter had left marijuana in the glove box. I never had a need to use the glove box in that short time. Glad I didn’t get pulled over and charged with marijuana possession. Always check the glove box. And clearly they stuck the mirror hanger up without actually cleaning it. So you might want to clean it yourself too if you have Covid concerns. On the good side, the rental process was quick.
Steven was so helpful. I needed a last minute rental and he got me on a waiting list and actually called me! Usually you get on a waiting list and just wait for nothing lol. Great service, clean car, everyone in the office told me good morning. A must use! Thank you guys
The lady that picked us up from the repair shop was very courteous. Then the staff at the office was fantastic and quick. We appreciate the customer service we were given.
Easy pre check in process. Took all of 5 minutes and I was on the road. The return process was equally as easy. One of my favorite Enterprises.
