While taking our family trip for Spring Break, we rented the Chevy 2021 Suburban. It was the most pleasant ride we had on a long trip.nnThe service was great through Enterprise, everything with the vehicle was ready on time. Turn in was super easy. All I had to do was drop off the keys in the drop off box.nnI will definitely utilize again for my rental needs. Especially with them being partnered up with USAA, it makes my experience so much easier and faster.

(This review is based on my first and only experience with Enterprise so far. Will update my review if I rent again.)nnFound these guys on the web after searching other rental services. While not the cheapest daily rate it had the best overall value.nnThe website suggested the app which had a free membership offer. I joined, made a reservation for what I wanted and prior to checking in was sent an offer of a complimentary upgrade from a compact to a small car. Did the pre-check online so when I got there I only had to confirm my options online and sign paperwork. Was ready to go in less than 10 minutes.nnDrop off was just as easy if you keep the car clean and don’t damage it while driving. Also took less than 10 minutes.nnNot sure if this will be your typical experience but I had a great one.

The lady here was extremely rude and unwilling to put forth any effort in helping me rent a vehicle. She was more interested in her cell phone and ignoring myself and calls coming into the store. Highly dissatisfied with my experience at this location. Do NOT recommend to anyone. Would give zero stars if possible.

After my recent review, over the snow storm, I was contacted by Enterprise and they worked with me to my satisfaction. In fact, i have used them again since then. The folks at the Pflugerville FM685 location are very nice people to do business with. I will continue using them at this point.

Due to an unfortunate accident, I was in need of a rental car. Happily, it was compensated for by my insurance company. Enterprise provided me with several choices and the car itself ran well and was pristinely clean. Their staff at the counter were taking Covid precautions and the cars have been sanitized as well. When I returned the car everything went very smoothly, and the whole experience was efficient.
