Great Great Great experience with them all the time! Mary Lee is a GREAT Manger! She Definitely goes above and beyond for her customers! Even when they don't have anything available when I need to rent a car she always takes the time to call me and let me know.
Professional team with an outstanding manager, Mary Lee, that goes out of her way to keep the customer happy.
I went to pick-up vehicle and I was told there was no car for me, MARY LEE said I had put the number down incorrect, however when I called Enterprise they have the reservation with the correct information. Basically, what happened is someone walked in and they rented the car for simply commissions or whatever it may be. I'm in the travel business and I'm also AVIS preferred, so I'm aware how this all works. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and I would stay away from this branch of Enterprise. I'm not one to leave reviews either, but please don't lie to me. This has now thrown a curveball to my travel.
My rental experience was more than 125% guest satisfaction and customer service. The employees are very respectful and sympathetic to everyone. Thank you.
