The only reason I didn't give them a five is because they're a smaller operation and don't always have the widest selection in vehicles. That, and I'm waiting to see if they automatically refund my $200 deposit without me calling this time. I am a repeat customer and they have good deals!!!
Picking up vehicle took over an hour but once we got into the rental it was all good. Vehicle was clean, smelled good, ran good, no issues with the vehicle. We had such a great time we extended our vacation two extra days and that was handled easily over the phone. Returning the vehicle was a breeze. Since I have no excess debt (no credit cards) Enterprise has been my auto rental company of choice for years since they rent with a debit card PLUSnhold on a deposit. Will recommend & use again!!
I wish I got her name but I had a wonderful experience at this location. I am a frequent renter and usually get good service. But when I get an exceptionally great experience I leave a review. Thank you Enterprise♥ufe0f
