I did not have a great experience with enterprise. I had to have a rental for about a month due to my car being repaired from a wreck. Granted this is my first time ever having a rental, they told me my insurance was paying for the rental. Cool. But then asked me if I wanted to use their insurance to cover the rental when my insurance told them it is to be put on my insurance. They got 100 dollars out of me for no reason.

When I rented the car everything started out fine, and the office was great! She asked me if I wanted the insurance for $19 and I said sure. I had to renew the next two days because me car wasn't ready. At no point did they tell me this $19 was a daily charge or ask if I also wanted to renew the insurance. Come to find out the insurance was actually $24.99. Upon looking on the website, it says that I should have paid no more than $16.99. How much is it really? Why wasn't I informed? I feel that I am due the difference back. They also charged me for gas that was not in the car. When they said they would refund it, I said thank you. I have not seen these funds yet.

The manager at the Greenville Texas shop is a very capable and nice young man does everything he can do to assist you in your need

I had to get a rental because of a wreck. I went to the Greenville Texas enterprise. They had my paperwork all in order before I got there. It was a easy process from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone.

rented a car and I did not get my deposit back, they said the car smelt like smoke. I do NOT smoke and there is no way it smelt like smoke, I took it and cleaned it before returning the car
