We decided to rent a large SUV to drive to a family wedding in Oklahoma. I reserved the car at the local Enterprise location for Noon two days early. I called about 10:30 to make sure it was going to be ready. The agent said they were still transferring the vehicle to their location. I arrived about 2 hours later to pick up the car. All the paperwork was already complete and the desk transaction was quick. The agent spent 30 minutes re-cleaning the interior of the vehicle because it did not meet standards. He noted a large piece of trim missing from the front windshield area. I took the car and promptly found a large crack in the drivers side windshield and a puncture in the inside of the rear door. The satellite radio was never able to connect after repeated try's at the local and national level. The windshield washer on the front would not work. Overall the car ran fine, just the attention to detail in a time when the provider should be looking for a way to enhance their brand.

We had a really unfortunate experience with this Enterprise back in December 2020 where the manager offered us a free upgrade for our special engagement trip. The upgrade however ended up not being free of charge, and we were hit with an unexpected extra bill at the end of our trip. After calling this Enterprise location several times, we were unable to reach a branch manager but reassured by staff that these charges would be taken care of when they looked into our account and prior agreement. The branch manager finally called us back six weeks later and told us that it was too late to remove the extra charges and that by taking the upgrade we would be required to pay the extra fees that we were never made aware of throughout the reservation process.nnThis is really unfortunate, as we have an Enterprise account and have been very loyal customers of this particular Enterprise location in the past.

Great service! Holiday weekend and all vendors at the Austin airport were out of cars for everyone who had reservations arriving at 8 pm Friday night. (Made the mistake of using another company). Submitted an online reservation late that night for the next morning. Before opening time, employee called to let me know they too were out of cars and attempted to help me find another location. Mathew at Dripping Springs was able to assist us in a friendly, efficient manner. We were able to make our appointment time on Saturday and enjoy the weekend! Thanks

The young lady who greeted me and processed the rental was EXCELLENT. Very courteous and friendly. I normally ignore surveys however I wanted to make sure her actions, though required by your company, were recognized. They were by me for sure

I returned a Chevy suv that was under my daughters name and was picked up in Killeen and filed on insurance. I returned the car at 1:30 pm bc that’s when my husband was gone to take me in for a hand surgery. The manager took the keys, went and looked ALL around the car. Came back in said everything looked great, mileage and gas were good. Typed some stuff into the computer and said my daughter would get her deposit back in a few days. We were now told that this office DID NOT DO THE PAPERWORK AND CHARGED HER ANOTHER DAY. The “manager” said that I didn’t return before they closed and dropped keys in the drop box. We have gone back and forth ALL WEEK over this mess. Killeen office finally agreed to refund her money. Do NOT go to the Dripping Springs location unless you can afford to be charged extra days for a LIE. Hire HONEST people at this location.
