I had already had the rental for a week and Vito did everything possible to get me the lowest price for keeping the car for another week. Great customer service. Definitely recommend
I rented a vehicle in Houston and due to a foot injury, I could not return it to the pick-up location. I physically would not have been able to drive. I could hardly walk. I called Avis customer service and explained my situation. They said there would be no penalty for the drop off at a different location. Well, as it turned out, that was a lie. I got charged over $200 for not keeping the car for a week. No one told me that there would be a penalty for turning the car in early. When I called customer service to complain about the extra charges I was basically told “nothing I can do about it”. Avis has always been my first choice in rentals. I will never rent from Avis again and I plan to share my experience as often as I can.
Never had problems staff are excellent in helping u out and explaining how to rent a car great service.
The car was dirty in and out. Smelled like smoke
This Avis is bad at answering the phone but once someone answers (after hours of calling) they do a good job at helping you with whatever it is you need help with. Every time I go to this location the lobby is empty so I have no clue as to why they don’t answer the phone
