I was charged an extra $107 for being a little late returning the rental car. I was caught in traffic and could not make it back by 4 PM. I finally got in to return the car at 530 PM and was not informed of the extra charges. I called Budget and they were not friendly. However, they did finally give me back about half of the extra charge. I don't feel I should be charged so much for being stuck in traffic. Not happy at all. Will think twice before I rent again from budget...

I received a disgusting car. The seats were heavily stained in the front and backseat of the car. It wreaked of cigarette smoke and dog. Pet hair was all throughout the car and it was poorly sanitized. If at all. The car looked as if they had not cleaned it at all. It mortified me. I asked the rep to exchange and only to receive another car, at a much higher rate than my original booking. No discount for my terrible experience. This was not a pleasant experience for me and I rent cars once a week, Ive had better experiences with Hertz and Turo.

The gentleman that assisted me through the term of my rental he was incredibly professional, outstanding customer service, and he was able to answer every question I had for him and then just when I needed to extend the term on my rental he made the process stress free. Great employee. This is the only place I will rent from going forward. You can’t find better customer service than budget in Webster, actually budget has amazing customer service from any employee that you come across but the employee at the Webster location was spectacular!!! ud83dude01

Our rental needed an oil change while we had the car. The oil life was at 1%. We were driving through Nebraska and Kansas where there was very little or nothing around at all. The nearest Budget was in Wichita, Kansas. We called them to see if they had a car we could exchange our car for and they did not. We ended up getting an oil change in a small town in Kansas. There was only one oil change place in this town. The total was $49.86. When we returned the vehicle we were told that we should have either pushed the car past the 1% oil life (we still had 10+ hours to drive home) or gotten a cheaper oil change. In the middle of nowhere Kansas, they're aren't a lot of options. We were only reimbursed $35 for the oil change.

I made a reservation online the day before pick-up and prepaid also. When I showed up for pick-up it was very easy and quick and I spent approximately 10 minutes in location. The customer service was outstanding, as well.
