@Enterprise I've confirmed my reservation and I checked in online today before I arrived, then I have been told they don't have any car available . I am sadly was a loyal customer. Hertz is a way much better and reliable company. Guys! always keep in mind (check in- online) is not always guarantee you will have the car!! meaning don't waste your time..

You need to watch out with this place. I rented a vehicle from insurance claim, when asked what kind of vehicle I wanted, I said the one the insurance company will cover without me having to pay. They said OK. We have a vehicle that you need at the back been cleaned. I said ok. After some time he comes back and said, I will give you this one that up front at the same price I spoke with my manager for approval, the one outback is going to take longer. I said ok.nnWhen returning the vehicle there was a charge to me and I called to question the charge. Therefore, what I was not told and agreed. The total charge per day was over the insurance allowable cost. I told them I did not tell them to give me a car that would be over the amount the insurance would pay. They did not want to correct the charge. I was pretty much forced to pay the amount. They did not seem to care. Never again, I will give them my business as much as I rent cars.nnWatch out they will force you to pay something you did not ask for. I would give them 0 stars but cannot post with 0 stars.

The best car rental place is Webster! Free pick up /drop off is an amazing service I appreciate- Great staff too. I've had to use other nearby companies when Enterprise was sold out for the day and am always disappointed,nMy only issue is every time I rent a car it has a weird smell (maybe the cleaner they're using) that makes me nauseated(smell likes pet/cigarettes) I end up keeping the windows down for a couple hours and that helps

Thank you so much to all of you for your help. My vehicle was totaled and it was a complete nightmare. The staff and managers here did everything they could for a single mom really going through a tough time. I cannot thank you enough for your generosity and for having a team of genuinely caring people.

The car was clean outside and inside but smelled horrible, it made me vomit. Evidently whoever had the car before had an animal. The scent was so bad I rode with the windows down. I could barely stand it and had no time to return the car so I went to the local dollar store and brought those Christmas tree air freshener and some dryer sheet. Taking the car back was not optional because of my schedule but that car needs a new inside it. ud83eudd22 The guy who dropped it off to me was super sweet but he should have told me and this should never be exceptional to give a paying customer something like this and expect you’ll get a good review.
