Bothell Enterprise has the best customer service that we have ever received from a car rental agency. We could not be more pleased with our choice to rent from here.nEvery single person that we encountered in this office was friendly, professional, and helpful. The manager, Brian, was super friendly and accommodating. Even though we stopped by at the closing time, he gave us time and listened to our story carefully. Brian helped us to pick the best option based on our situation. I rented a Nissan truck for a week from my local Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The truck was in great condition and looked very clean. When I went in the building to pick up the vehicle, I was greeted promptly and helped right away. The associate was patient as I asked him to repeat himself several times because it was difficult to hear outside with the masks on. When I returned the car, I was also assisted quickly and efficiently. Both times I was offered an email receipt which I sincerely appreciate. I highly recommend you rent your next vehicle from Enterprise!
Enterprise could not have been more accommodating. I needed to set up a one-way rental and then, as it turned out, extend the reservation for an extra week and there was absolutely no problem. Between the website and the employees it was a 100% positive experience, and when I need to rent a vehicle again it's the first place I'll go.
We rented a car with the help of Alex recently who provided spectacular customer support. He very patiently helped an old lady in front of us with her $36 refund. Then he quickly set us up with our rental, gave us all the options, walked us around, and we were on our way. Very quick and professional.
