Had a reservation for noon on a Saturday for two days. Hand then my credit card. They said it didn’t go through and that was my fault because I didn’t have enough available credit. Hand her my debit card with thousands in it and the lady says the card isn’t going through. It is my business debit card. Never have any problems with it. So then I have to go get my mom so I can use her credit card since I couldn’t use Apple Pay for my Apple credit card. Then they tell me that I would have to pay extra to add an extra driver to the car aka ME. Hahhahaha I had to say thank you and walk away after that. This place is a joke. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Maybe that is why Hertz is almost out of business.

Absolutely the best customer service!!! Thank you so much for all your help in getting us from Texas back up to Virginia. You have no idea what a blessing ya'll were to us and going the extra mile (which as we know is the Texan way) for us!! Thank you for working with us on the repeated cancellations and rebooking due to the once in a lifetime snow & ice storm. Whenever we are in Dallas will definitely stop by your place to rent our vehicle!

I rented a car about a week ago , Daycya was at the office early in the Morning , all the lines ringing she was by herself and she was able to help me and all the incoming calls . She is really sweet and her customer service is excellent. Thank you so much for your help .
