Very nice place place on Dec 15nThe man was closed at 4pm. my MOM IS 77 yo AND DISABLED. The man keeled the office open till we got there.

Horrible.. extremely upset that I wasn’t told I loose my deposit if I choose to extend my rental! Kick someone while they are down!!! Great job enterprise.. I rented a truck because my car engine blew on the highway(didn’t know that at the time)..called to get a rental .. got my car in the shop then found out my engine blew and to expensive to fix.. so I have extended my rental thru enterprise and have been doing so for 22 days now while I look for another car. Come to find out today when I called again to extend my rental my deposit is gone.. even tho I have been calling every time and PAYING every time to extend. But somewhere they took my deposit.. tell me how I pay every time I extend my rental AND they used my deposit... FOR WHATTTTT

I am very disappointed in the service that was give the my aunts car dealership made a reservation for her when she called and confirmed the reservation they did not tell her they closed at 6pm and she was given the wrong address we got to the place at 6:15pm and explained what happen and they told us they couldn't help us because the system was down and everything was locked up so my aunt had to leave with nothing. I expected for them to call her right before you reservation time maybe we would have gotten the right address.
