Always have had a wonderful pleasant experience at this location. If they don’t have cars available you receive a courtesy call informing you that they’re working hard to fulfill your request. Patrice is very helpful and she shows great customer service. If they don’t have your car available she offer to transfer the reservation or give you a free upgrade. This girl has wonderful customer service and she deserves 10 stars. Thank you for being great!!!!

NEVER EVER BOOK A CAR HERE!!!! They will tell you that the car is not available on the day of rental when you go for pick up. This is the worst experience I have ever had with car rental. I always go with ENTERPRISE coz they are the best. I booked this just coz it was near my house and was easy for pick up and drop-off. My BIGGEST MISTAKE!!!!!! It is my bday weekend and we have things planned but finally ended without a car. They will not even respond well, very rude and arrogant. Don’t know first thing about customer service!!!!

I went in to get my car I reserved, the guy was working on cars so I patiently waited, till finally I just asked him if he was the rental specialist. He said yes, and kept working on the car. Then finally he got out asked us what we were trying to get as he walks rudely into the office where he does the business. We said we have a reservation for a compact car; he says, “we don’t have those then continues to process the other car or whatever he was doing without saying a word, when he looks up and realizes I’m still there he literally says, “so what you want” and we ask what he has and his reply-no joke-“we don’t have anything here, everything is reserved” He literally wasted 20 min of my life that I will never get back. Demarco or whatever his name is, is rude and very bad for your company.

Poor customer service the African man that was there today was so bothered when i asked about the rentals. This is my second time here first time was the same except it was a woman. These people need to find another job they act like is the customer’s fault they hate what they do for a living . I do not recommend..
