Been renting here for about 6 months. The cars keep getting worse and worse. This one seals the deal that I'm never coming back.nnREEKS like weed still even after three days (and I aired it outa nd febreezed it) vomit in the back seat, missing 1/4 tank of gas when I received it, windshield was filthy and wouldn't scrub off. My coworker and I both smelled like weed meeting a new client, I had to explain its from the rental car. Agent didn't care, only car he had. Said take it or leave it. I had to have a car so I took it. The agent who was on site when I returned it didn't care either.
The representatives are very nice helping me. The cars I rent from Avis are new and well functional! Last but not least, the price is competitive!
It was our first time at this location. It was really great. Friendly staff and absolutely wonderful.
The rental process was very easy, the gentleman who rented me the car and the lady who helped me when I checked back in were very polite and kind. The car was in excellent condition. The entire process was smooth and easy. I will definitely use this Avis office again. Thank you.
