I typically rent with this location when I need to. I’m not sure if I will anytime soon. First, they pretty much tell you what kind of car they’re going to let you rent, you do not choose like you’re able to with other companies.nThe tags on the rental I had not only EXPIRED the month prior but also did not meet the toll tag requirements. The rep stated I could be charged for toll usage which was fine but in OK they don’t read your tag to send you a bill (including rental car companies) you must have cash only.nYou need to update your information because it could truly inconvenience your customer.nAside from that, they’re typically pretty good.

Damian Shepard at enterprise in Irving Put note that windshield was cracked when I picked up my rental. I spoke with Evan at Enterprise car rentals in Hurst/North Richland hills checked and confirmed that there was a note in their system stating that my rental car had a crack on the windshield when I picked it up Friday February 19th. Now Enterprise Damage Recovery is calling me accusing me of causing that crack, when I did NOT damage the rental. I had never rented from enterprise because of all the negative things I've always heard about them, but the service department at Automation Hyundai set Up this rental for me because my car was not ready yet. This seems like such a scam that I am actually leaving a review which is something I don't do!!!

It was a flawless car rental, your agents at the McArthur Rd Irving Texas facility kept in contact with me, they had my car washed and clean inside. I was in and out in 15 minutes on both the pick up and drop off they where awesome 5 star service. My Nissan Altima ran excellent I will rent a car from this facility over and over, GREAT JOB ENTERPRISE ud83dudc4fud83dudc4fud83dudc4f ud83dudc4d ud83dudc4d

I am somewhat of a regular at the Irving, MacArthur location. Your agents ate always respectful, and prompt to address me when I walk in.nThey are always accommodating, and efficient.
