Do to an incident involving a mutant squirrel and a rather important wiring harness, I recently found myself without a car. Insurance directed me to this Enterprise location for a rental while my car was in the shop. Customer service was great, and they even hooked me up with a BMW 330i! No pressure to add on any unnecessary items, had me in and out quickly, and were courteous and professional. They even helped me out when I left my garage door opener in the car, and worked with me to find it and get it back to me. Also helped me out with gas when I completely forgot to fill the tank to full when I returned it. If you're in need of a rental in this area, don't hesitate to give this location a call!
I had a reservation at collision center at 1030AM. But I had to wait for about an hour to be picked up from a collision center. Then I needed to wait about 20 to 30 more minutes until they clean a car for me to take home. But the car was still dirty outside and inside. Hopefully I have better luck with them next time. If I ever decided to do so.
My experience with Enterprise has always been good EXCEPT for today! The car we rented had a smell of marijuana and my husband noticed it as soon as we got in the car, I told him he was exaggerating but he wasn’t! We went to return the car and of course they were sold out! The manager James was NO help and seemed very unconcerned! I will NOT use this rents company again!
I worked with the manager James and he was wonderful. Great experience and will be coming back to you soon.
Friendly service. The car I rented only had 1/4 gas in it though, would have much rather had a full tank so it's easier to fuel and return.
