Avoid this Budget location and all others if possible. I booked my vehicle 2 weeks in advance and 48 hours before picking up the rental, they informed me that no vehicles were available.nnI was promised a total reimbursement if I selected a different company to rent from, but was only partially reimbursed. Overall, this was a terrible experience.

Rented a car to go out of state the car was super dirty so I cleaned up smells of smoke. the staff was unfriendly and wanted to charge me for no cleaning the car what a joke.

Very unsatisfied with this location and customer service. Scheduled 2 times and still no car.false advertisement this location never has the vehicles the website gives you. I needed a car because I was in a car accident and still need to get to work Budget made this already bad situation a horrible inconvenience I will not ever use them or refer them

Went online to make my reservation as I normally do as a fastbreak member, decided to prepay to save a couple extra bucks during this storm we are dealing with here in Texas. Now, when you select the location you want to rent from, it also gives you options to input the dates you need to rent the car. Next, it notifies you what cars are available at this location for the selected dates. One hour later I receive a call from this location notifying me there are no cars available. I’m sure everyone’s question is why did they let you prepay for a car that’s unavailable? So I called customer service for a refund or some form of compensation for the inconvenience. There is none...... just wait 3-5 days for your money that we allowed you to pay for a car that is unavailable. So it doesn’t matter how you and your family survive. Thanks budget you are the best!!!!!!!!
