Very unfortunate experience, after hours of travel and many confusing emails from Avis I was led to believe in a quality experience due to the price I was paying. They charged me an additional $75 for a cleaning fee when the car was clean. Very regretful for choosing this car rental.
I had a car schedule today to pick up at 12 I arrived at 11:45 the representative tells me there are no cars until 2pm. maybe, so now I am stranded 20 minutes from home. Paid for uber here. How inconvenience is the representative expected me to uber home and come back at 2pm. Poor customer service. He told me that someone called me and left a message yet my phone never rang, I do not show a voicemail notice. I advised the man that should have been a contact call. The dealership called before I came and they did notify him. The representative advised me that he has a Van in a dirty Jeep but didn't offer to me not one thing until 2 o'clock so that I'm a senior citizen is not stranded
