Tammy is wonderful. She helped me go to the top with customer service. Hard to get there. I'm grateful for her help. Note: don't prepay for a car with any rental company without finding the smallest of fine print.
Don't prepay for a car at this location... They don't care to have the vehicle you reserved available (but they'll be happy to charge you even more for a Tahoe or van)... Otherwise, you've just given a multi-million dollar company an interest-free loan for 10 days (in the form of your prepayment which they can take instantly from you... But claim they have to hold onto it for 10 days before giving it back). Will never rent Budget again.
Very accommodating and saved the day after Enterprise would not rent us a car
they accused me for having pet hair in my car and tried to charge me for the cleaning when i don’t even have any pets.
Worst customer service and eye rolls. Went to pick up truck reserved 9 days ago. Daughter in law got email that was sent while she was on the plane from another state that truck was to be picked up at different location. But the time she got here we couldn't make it to the other location(sandau) in time and they wouldn't stay open untilwuntil got there. There is a reason for you get what you pay for. Use anyone else, unreliable.
