Total waste of time trying to rent from these people. Prepaid on line for a small car... All they actually had available we huge, gas-guzzling vans... They don't accept Chime Visa cards (and they don't actually tell you that until you're at the counter)... I mean... Obviously won't use them again. Try to rent from Avis and your rolling the dice. Its be a joke if they hadn't wasted so much of my time.
The rental process online was very simple and quick. The rental agents were very nice and helpful.
I had a problem with the car. It was easy to take care of the problem and get a replacement car in the middle of my trip at no cost to me. (It was a unlikely electrical problem with the car). The cars were in excellent shape, easy to drive and very clean. The service at the counter was friendly, fast, and a good deal money wise. No heavy pressure to buy extras either.
The lady (Tammy) that works there a is always friendly and helpful! She makes me feel welcomed and part of the family.
Christine and Tammy are awesome! Always very accommodating and very pleasant. When we travel they are our go to place. You guys are the best!!!
