These are the rudest group of people - Eric specifically. They didn’t deliver our car because they didn’t have any and then blamed us. They are supposed to offer curbside delivery and can’t even do that right. Does anyone want to work? This is the worse car rental place. Their collaboration, communication, and personality are horrible. They can’t even rent a car. The company, CEO, and employees of enterprise should be embarrassed.

Fast and efficient. Brought my car into Caliber Collision and enterprise brought the car to me at the shop. The person who hit me, their insurance paid it all, and I was not inconvenienced other than having to give up my car a few days.

I wouldn’t do business @ this Enterprise.nTheir “manager” (GABE) is a condescending arrogant lil kid. What an insult to Enterprise. We have enough problems in society today to deal with a “manager-wanna-be” who shows no etiquette, manners or respect to customers of Enterprise in respect to providing a service to customers. A majority of people who rent vehicles are already stressing over damage, accident ... STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION !!!nGabe needs to go work at Whataburger !!! Only had the car for a couple of hours when I started getting a low tire pressure indication. By the end of the day the tire was flat. Thank goodness I have a compressor so aired it up. Contacted Enterprise and they suggested taking it to NTW to get repaired. I suggested getting me another car. Promised twice I'd have a replacement vehicle before the end of the second day, but didn't happen. Took the car in the third morning for an exchange but no one around. Left the keys and called my wife to pick me up. Insurance company charged for three days. I got to use for six hours. Not a good experience.
