Is this really the professionalism, cleanliness, and service we should expect? Today is 24th of March at 4:10 PM. The branch is NOT attended, dirty, and for 10 minutes, no one has shown up yet.nThis will be sent to corporate as well. Unbelievable.
The managerial staff is really professional, prompt and precise. I will definitely utilize and refer friends to this location for their car rental needs!
The branch manager was superb. Courteous, professional, with a touch of charisma! As I was walking to the rental, I mentioned that I didn’t care for the vehicle selected for me. He said no problem, let me find you a vehicle you’ll like. He drove me to another Enterprise, washed a Silver Cadillac. Not just washed it! This manager shined and sprayed it. When I said that I didn’t expect all of that. He replied, we want you to be satisfied. All I can say is wow and thank you, Addy! I am satisfied. You made my day!
This is the best Enterprise location I’ve ever been to, Mike is always on top of things. He goes above and beyond and makes it look easy!
Jose and Kyle are the definition of customer service! Hire more Jose’s and Kyle’s! They are the best in the business. I’m a regular Enterprise user and they are by FAR the best I’ve came across. Keep up the great work guys!
