Staff friendly, pricing could be better
Wonderful experience with this Enterprise team. They got me a car quickly, gave me a ride to and from the repair place, and took care of me. The car was perfect and the customer interaction was superb!
Over the phone customer service lacking. Took 1 hr to get car after calling the day before and 1 hour before pickup. Branch manager is nice but seems like the only one working.
My go to location is off 410 and Culebra. Super friendly and customer service is always ACES! No other can compare! I make sure to make reservations online. They show me all vehicles that would suit my trip and my family! They thoroughly explain the price differential to be sure I am absolutely comfortable with pricing. No hidden fees! All is explained and is sanitary! Be sure to join the rewards program it's ABSOLUTELY worth it! It's free why not?! If I'm in a hurry it literally takes 5 to 10 min to get into a vehicle! Just really love the company. I may be interested in purchasing a vehicle through them!
I kept getting emails for quick login to registration. Asking for payment information and other information that is normally gathered at the office. This was in order to just come by and pick up key and make it quicker to get my rental. Well, after doing all that and later showing up. I still had to through the exercise of doing it all over again. Just as if the information previously provide was a waste of time.
