I rate Enterprise Rent-A- Car of Orangeburg,SC a 5 star overall because the staff seems to be friendly and hard working. I often rent from them for weeks at a time with no issues, so farud83dudc4d The only thing I would like to see change within the business is that extra 200.00 liability fee that they place on your card on top of the amount for the rental. Why not maybe 50.00 to 100.00. Everyone may not have a extra 200.00 on their card to just have a hold on it. Some people may just have enough for the car rental amount alone, which is a lot itself alone ud83eudd14.nThis is only a suggestion to consider. Even though, thank God I have what I need when I have to rent but I think about others who may not be as fortunate and need to get a rental, but can't because of that big 200.00.
The CSR was knowledgeable about inventory, courteous, and had several customers at ease. I only saw the one male CSR on Saturday, 8/29/20; he was getting work done. However, I opted to not rent a vehicle this time. I appreciated his time and effort.
If you are from out of state DO Not use a debit card!! Even when they do not have cars in your state and they direct you to another. Customer service can only apologize NOT do Anything and are not curtious.
