After the Sumter location canx my confirmed reservationless than 24 hours before I needed it, I reached out to Ryan at Lugoff. He was AMAZING getting this military family a vehicle to hold all our luggage for our overseas move. He was super friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. I cannot stress this enough; if you need a rental go see RYAN at LUGOFF enterprise. Even if you’re coming from Sumter it’s so worth the drive!!!
I rented the dodge durango for a week and the whole process was marvelous! I made the reservation via online and when I arrived to the lugoff location to pick up my vehicle everything was pretty much all taken care of! They are definitely following the guidelines with covid-19! Very friendly staff and it was a pleasure doing business at this location! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone that is in need of a rental vehicle! Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service!
The Lugoff staff does a wonderful job at meeting the needs of a customer! Prior to COVID-19 I rented a car weekly for work travel. I was never disappointed, always well taken care of. Any transaction was completed with ease! With every management change I have always been a little nervous, but each time, they step into an on-going relationship, like we have done business for years...Very appreciative of Ryan and team!
