The overall process from online reservations to vehicle turn in was incredibly easy. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be sure I had the vehicle that would suit my needs. I would certainly recommend Carngo to friends. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!
It looks like a lot of people, such as myself, were scammed by this company. This company over charged me $1,500. I've talked to the better business bureau and they said once they get more complaints from people then they can start making moves and report this company. I have already written a report to the better business bereau (specifically reporting the san jose costa rica location). If we group together we can get these people out of business!
Very profitable car rental. The machines are clean, disinfected, the price is reasonable!
