Greet price, I had my grandmother that couldn’t walk to the off site location but there is a shuttle available just needs to be requested. Alex helped us check in & out. We were late to pick up the rental and he called to make sure we were okay and still on our way. He was very kind and helpful.

Alex was my rent a wreck representative. I walked to the facility on a rainy Wednesday, from the airport and was greeted by him when I arrived. I walked in, signed some papers for checkout and then walked with him outside to inspect the car for any damages. The car was a 2018 Toyota Yaris I believe, everything looked fine, 38k miles and full tank of gas, a clean interior. It was slightly concerning since the name is rent a wreck, not rent a new, I was expecting a beat up old car, even if it was a manual. It would have not been an issue. (Note: Alex confirmed with me when after I returned the car that you can ask for an older model car if you wish.) Anyways, after leaving for my destination I noticed the massive amount of 1 star reviews for this location. I became instantly nervous, this persisted through my stay. I couldn’t sleep and my heart raced just thinking about what might happen. I made sure to use the car as least as possible to avoid any damages. 2 days later on Friday, I returned the car at opening time, it was a rainy day as well, similar to when I picked it up. I was greeted by Alex once again, I parked the car and ensured I had all my belongings then he directed me to walk inside. Alex went out and inspected the car for any damages which he wrote on a document. He came back inside and said everything looked fine. This was reassuring but I wanted to confirm everything was indeed fine and nothing new was going to show up. I told him my worries and he explained that everything checked out on the car and that nothing extra would show up. He asked if I wanted a copy of the check in document. I told him yes and he gave me one. Relieved even more, I left to the airport where I am currently present, writing this review. I don’t know what these other people might have done to leave such low reviews. But as far as I can tell, my experience was A+. Only time will tell if this is a worthy review. I hope to be able to return once again.nnNote: There is a $150 deposit needed to ensure return of the vehicle. I am currently waiting on it and will update my review accordingly.

I rented an economy small car and arrived in the evening. I had to pay $55 because it was after hours (6pm)And I delivered the car with nothing wrong with it except the nterior did need to be cleaned because I spilled some yogurt on the inside. The want to. Harge me $1300 but they have some trumped-up things on here!! Nobody was there when I dropped it off so. I did tell them right away that the brakes were squeaking they said no problem. Basically, they were ok.

Upon searching for rental vehicles, you won’t find anything cheaper than Rent-a-wreck. Of course though, there’s a reason for this! BEWARE!!!! We ordered a large SUV for our nationals parks vacation all through the state of WA, however received a filthy 03 minivan that was covered in tree sap, had sticky seats, and one of the 4 doors broken. After the 30 minute wait for the 15 minute shuttle ride from the airport to the small shed-sized office and 3 parking spots (yes, no options) and the fact the other customer there was extremely upset about not having a vehicle that would be there for them for 2 hours, we sucked it up and took the piece of junk - truly a wrecked vehicle as a rental, like the name says. After a night of camping we started our vehicle and the timing belt squeaked for about 2 minutes. This was highly concerning considering we had no service throughout most of the state. Later during our trip I was helping my fiancé back out of our campsite and noticed we had a broken brake light too. I called to let the office know our concern about the timing belt and told them we would stop at a Autozone to get and fix the light but wanted to be refunded for it (just $7 - no biggie). I was told to leave the receipt in the glove box and did so when we returned the vehicle. The company failed to let us know that they wouldn’t be open on our return date so would need to follow instructions posted on their door and find and buy transportation back to the airport (no shuttle). A week or so later I was charged $105. I called twice to figure out the issue and was told I would receive a call back but did not. I finally was able to get a hold of them and was told I was charged for returning a dirty vehicle, although it was not (and probably even cleaner then when we left) and I had pictures to prove this. I was also not refunded for the light I bought and told I needed to leave the receipt in the glove box - which I did and also have pictures of. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely rude and asked “why did you even take the vehicle then?” I really wish I had just paid a little more so I could get a vehicle I actually requested, get a vehicle I felt clean and comfortable in, a vehicle that wasn’t broken and safe, and a professional company with at least some decent customer service. I highly recommend going with any other company than rent-a-wreck - a company that is truly a wreck!

Was skeptical because of the reviews but turned out to be a great place to rent, they hook it up with available miles and are conveniently walking distance from the airport, dude at front desk was great.
