Katrina was my agent and she was the best! She was very friendly and helpful. She asked about my trip and when she found out it was my first time in Seattle she wrote out a list of things for me to see in my free time. I went straight to Kent park per her suggestion after picking up the vehicle and it was a fantastic view I would not have found on my own.

I booked a 4 day rental through Priceline. It was a good deal for $110. However, when we got there -- they told us they rented all their cars despite having reserved well in advance. They ended up cancelling on us, and we had to fend for ourselves last minute. We ended up at Avis for $170. Would not recommend renting through them, just skip and go to their competitors.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They left us high and dry. I called 2 days before to confirm our booking. Also confirmed our booking online. When we arrived on a Friday night, they told me I cancelled the booking. My guess is they ran out of cars. That was it. No apology or anything. They did not offer to help unless we wanted to pay about $300 more for an upgrade. Please listen to all the reviews and do not book with them. I wish I listened. We ended up renting with Dollar and it was so easy. Affordable and nice car.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I rented from Seattle in early August. My boyfriend and i had a fine experience with the actual car and the service at the airport. BUT I never got my deposit in my account after i returned after 3 days, like i asked multiple times if i would and they assured me i would. I called them and sat on hold for an hour and when they finally answered they told me to wait 3 days and it would get in my account. I waited and waited and still nothing. Then i called again and was on hold for over 3 HOURS, i tried live chat and THEY LEFT ME ON READ. This company will not give you your deposit back then they will hope you'll just forget about it because of their insane wait times and they just hope you wont wait and let them keep the deposit. It's absolutely ridiculous. Just for reference, i worked for Enterprise for 3 years, so i know how to treat a rental car and what you get charged for and i treated the car with care. Do not rent here if you like to keep your money.

We had a flat tire on our car come to see they sent us out without a spare tire. So we called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do because we didn’t get the roadside assistance which by the way was never offered. O AND DID I SAY THEY SENT US OUT WITHOUT A SPARE TIRE!!! After along pause really mad at that point. They said all they could do is send a tow truck to get the car from a 100 miles away and tow it back to see if the flat tire was my fault. REALLY MAD NOW And the real kicker was that we wouldn’t be able to ride with the tow drive because of COVID. So they were willing to leave us stranded till they figured all that out and we were 40 miles from our hotel. REALLY REALLY MAD NOW!!! All I can say IS NEVER NEVER RENT FROM FOX RENTAL. Who sends a car out without a spare tire and then blames the customers for the flat tire THANK YOU AAA YOUR THE BEST
