Alamo Rent A Car

Good ppl, long lines....

Family Emergency wasn't sure when I would return so No Return Flight Reservation. 1st Rental Car was for Dollar but with No Credit Card No Rental. They referred me to all others wasn't sure if they rented on a Debit Card.. Went to National,Enterprise, Alamo they were all connected. They Would Not Rent a Car with a Debit Card. Tried to have my Daughter in California per paid for it and deposit too. Wasn't allowed because I would have to show Credit Card when picking up the Car. I was already stressed to the limit. C/S Lady who was helping me and talking to my daughter on the phone was hard to understand with her accent and losing patience.. I was stressing more, I Lost it somewhat ...nAt Alamo one of theirs employees suggested that I get a return ticket, that way I could Rent A Car with my Debit Card... Which I Did..... they just needed the confirmation #. To tell you the truth it was be coming one of the worst moments you could imagine.. Turned Out To Be A Good Ones just because of One Employee had a solution to my predicament. I was taken care of with kindness and great customer service in the long run. I apologize for my shortness. I truly hope that a certain individuals Employee was listening, she need a refresher course onC/S.nIn the Future I Will Be Using Alamo for My Car Rental and Will have a Return Ticket to Use A Debit Card

Easily reserved and picked up rental car. First time using the mobile check in from my phone and was able to skip the lines. Reps were available in the garage for any questions and I was able to pick up and drop off within minutes. Great service!

Alamo/enterprise was a life savor!! My rental company closed down and told me to go to dollar rental who wanted to charge me another 700!!! Alamo got me a car for almost the price of the other company and had me out the door in minutes! The staff was so nice and polite and went above and beyond! Only renting with them from now on!

Very pleased with service and price. Was upgraded for a very reasonable amount with choice of vehicle. The vehicle suited my family and was very comfortable. Price beat the normal car rental company I use that I have had a long relation with and all sorts of gold perks. Alamo saved me 5-600 for a 1 week rental.nThanks Alamo for making this trip wonderful for my whole family.
