I love to walk into the gold section and choose any car I want. I didnt wait in any line. Just get in the car and show I D through the window as you leave. Could not be easier. Returning the car is even easier. Park and leave. My car was great too.
Pricing was a little batter compared to some others, but they are all expensive. Wish they would have offered a better long rental rate, but oh well. I did like the ability to return the gas tank on E, but there is a charge for that at the beginning (I believe around 30), as usual.
The service here was incredible. Very surprised at how nice everyone was. Would have been 5 stars but the vehicles available were limited. Ended up getting stuck with a car I didn’t really want.
Was told I had unlimited miles and was actually booked for mileage. Now I'm charged over 1030 at turn in after already paid for rental. Scamers..they knew how far I was driving and specifically said it was unlimited mileage.
