USE SOMEONE ELSE!!nThis company gave me a car, and as we were in a rush, didn’t have take time to notice the smell in the vehicle till we were already gone. When I returned the vehicle I notified them of the smell and told them it was there prior to our use. They said thank you and we went on our way. When I got the bill for the rental later, there was a $200 additional charge. After investigating the cause I was told I was charged for cleaning the car. Nearly doubled the cost of the rental!nFind someone else to rent from! These guys use some shady tactics!
They live up to their name. Transactions, pick-up & return went smoothly. The vehicle supplied was exactly what we needed a d in tip top condition. Great rental experience at a great price. Thanks E-Z!
Super easy and fast to use! And the price was fantastic! Linda was super helpful and sweet as I was returning the car. Definitely would use again.
Pick up and drop off were quite easy! If you can navigate around the airport, you can figure it out. The car was a lot nicer than expected. Hold was taken off my credit card almost immediately after I dropped off the vehicle!
Made a reservation for pickup at 6am. Showed up at 10. Was told my reservation had ‘expired.’nLine 50 deep at Seattle-Tacoma airport rental center with no cars for “e-z rent a car” and Payless car rental.nn/Luckily/ I get to pay the same rate for a car that I’m going to use less.
