The reservation process online was very straight-forward. The service agent assisting us when we arrived was OK so that is why I rated it down slightly. His customer service skills were lacking. The vehicle was very nice, clean and was perfect for our visit and travel. The drop-off and turn in process was also very easy and simple making it perfect for catching a flight without have a lot of extra time to spare.

This car rental was a nightmare. After learning our plane would arrive earlier than expected I changed the reservation pickup time by a half hour. Before I clicked “confirm” I made sure all of the price details were correct. I prepaid a total cost of 311 dollars with a base rate or 188 dollars. After changing the time the base rate displayed was 188 dollars with a total cost of 311. The difference between prepaid price and new price displayed on the screen was 0 dollars. I get the confirmation email which all of a sudden says the base rate increases to 324 dollars and I would owe 177 at the counter. I DID NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THIS and made sure there was no price difference before confirming a new pickup time. The people at the counter were not helpful at all and showed no customer service skills. We spent almost two hours on the phone with customer service who could do nothing to help us. We ended up having to downgrade to a worse car and still had to pay more than originally agreed on. The only pleasant and helpful person we encountered was the guy working car drop offs.

be careful they charged you and after you show up to pick the car they ask again for credit soft check and rejected they said nothing they can do is not fair and wait for 7 day for refund they are lying and taking the money of most vacation families that plan to travel that day

Good value, good service. Clerk @ Budget/Avis counter advised me that the Nissan Sentra I rented got 27 miles to the gallon. It mattered to me because I'd planned to do a lot of traveling while in Seattle. Um...update your system because I got 40 miles to the gallon! AND THAT'S A GOOD THING!nOverall, no complaints.

We knew we had a fast break car rental but depending on the airport you either go up to the counter first then go get your car or you can go straight to the counter in the car park. This was our first time at SEA so when we got to the counter the lady had an attitude and swiftly dismissed is to go to the car park. When we came to drop off the car the area was filled up and no one came out until there were 3 families that piled on behind our car. Then we got assistance last even though we got there first.
