No issues or problems and a courteous and professional staff.
Picked and returned car at Seattle airport. It was an easy process to pick up the rental car bus to the rental car facility off-site from the airport after picking up our bags. I believe all rental car companies about a 10 minute bus ride from Seattle airport.(not sure). The process with National was easy and took just a few minutes and we were driving off. On return, again the process was easy and straightforward. It was my first time using National, I'll definitely use them again. 5 stars for the team at Seattle airport.
Normally I really like National. This rental was terrible. Difficult to find an available car. Extremely long wait to exit parking garage. Car had only 1/8 tank of gas. Far worse, car had not been cleaned from previous renter. During COVID cleaning and sanitizing is critical. It was not done at all. Car should have been locked and unavailable until sanitized.
Being an executive elite member of National I rent cars all over the country weekly. I am a little disappointed in the selections at the Seattle airport. Usually it's all minivans in the elite section but this week it was all cars. They rarely have the smaller SUV's and that is what I prefer to drive.nnOmar at the Enterprise/National rental was wonderful and helped me find a great vehicle for my current rental. He was very friendly and willing to help!!
I have been using National for all of my business travel needs and I have not been disappointed! I love the convenience of being able to pick my car without having to go through a check-in desk. I have loved the selection of vehicles available to me and when I do interact with a team member, I am always greeted with a smile and willingness to make my experience that much better. You have gained a customer for life!
