I really like enterprise and as a coach who travels with a large team uses them a lot. However when arriving at the Seattle airport the line for the rental counter was the longest line I have ever seen. Although I would have love to just leave I needed a car which I reserved weeks earlier. None of the kiosk where working and they only had 1 person working the counter. The line literally took 2 hours. It was insane. I was so frustrated that I don't think I will ever use them again. You need to staff the SEA counter better! Or get the kiosk working!

I flew into Seattle’s Sea-Tac Airport mid afternoon, got through the line at the Enterprise Counter. The Enterprise employee was very nice and she was very helpful. Went to pickup my vehicle, and they had no cars left in what I had put in for. They upgraded me right on the spot, and I was on my way. Returning the vehicle was a breeze as well. My experience with this trip was awesome. Thank you Enterprise for the Great Experience that I had. You made my trip very Comfortable.nnBruce H

Enterprise was excellent: service, cleanliness, car. I really appreciated the car and the service and the price. I would not go elsewhere.nnI did get my car at the Seattle-Tacoma airport where all the rental agencies have a shared shuttle bus to an from the airport. This was also excellent in many regards: convenient, clean, fast. However, if you are concerned with y our personal health you need to be aware that drivers often don't wear masks. Mine hung his off one ear and proceeded to speak right in the face of a small child and her mother. I admit it, I'm vulnerable. But I need to fly and rent cars too. Inside the airport things were mostly great but the inconsideration of the driver for the health of others upset me, I have to admit. My sister is gravely ill and I have to travel again: what to do? Please also mark me down as someone who has travelled all over the world many times (not so much lately!) so I'm not a fearful person, but I was upset and even disgruntled.

Enterprise was much more competitive than my usual company so I chose them for a recent two week rental. 5 stars all the way. Enterprise had more agents working the counter than any of the others. I flew thru the line. Car ready and clean. Drop off at a city location just as flawless. I could tell their agents loved their job and happy to be busy. I will be back.

We rented a car at Enterprise in Washington state to use on an 11-day trip around the state to visit all the national parks. We got an intermediate SUV - turned out to be a Jeep - and it worked great for our trip. It had plenty of space for our luggage and was comfortable for the more than 1,400 miles we drove over the 11 days. It handled the mountain roads, some of which were kinda scary and narrow, just fine. Plenty of power up the big hills but got reasonable gas mileage as well. No hassle in the rental process - and I thought the price we paid was very reasonable for that length of time.
